JRS collaborated with ACFP’s team to design restaurants for its northeast expansion. The tasks included interaction with the local building departments and to handle filings with the Board of Health. Locations are comprised of a lounge, bar, indoor and outdoor dining areas and of course their signature coal fire pizza oven and full kitchen along with the necessary support spaces. Each facility required new HVAC systems and other related mechanicals.
