Seeking to consolidate 4 locations to 1, JRS conducted several test fits to assist in the selection process. Ultimately, a former industrial showroom was identified. JRS designed an energy efficient solution for not only the headquarters’ offices but also the factory/warehouse area. Work flow was a major factor for the departments and adjacencies. JRS also planned for visitors with a windowed interior walkway allowing views of the manufacturing process on the 1st floor.
