Wyndham Condominiums

For an amenity space refresh, JRS proposed cleaner and more “spa” like finishes for the pool, locker area and community room. Pergolas were designed at the pool to define seating areas. A suspended wave feature for visual excitement and sound attenuation were added. Floor surfaces were upgraded, and the green columns painted silver to “disappear”. The community room had a new feature wall of glass tile along with a tray ceiling and new lighting. Finishes were upgraded, and plantation shutters added.
