Education Project Spotlight: Montclair State University Façade Repair

Opened in 2005, University Hall is a campus landmark as it’s the largest building on the campus and houses an array of instructional spaces, lecture halls and offices.  JRS’ full façade investigation and assessment on this seven-story campus icon identified various necessary façade repairs which included new roofing, flashings, copings, sealants, elastomeric coatings, stucco accessories and terminations.  The project was phased over 3 years so the building would remain operational during the school year.  Today, University Hall proudly retains its prominent status on the campus and is well positioned as such for years to come. 🙂
