Eager to introduce a restaurant offering a fusion of American and Indian cuisines, The Mauryas team sought JRS Architect, P.C. to bring their vision to life by revitalizing an existing space within Princeton Forrestal Village.

This transformative project entailed a comprehensive overhaul of the existing three level space. The plan included the creation of an upper-level business lounge for meetings and private events, a complete refresh of the two main dining rooms, upgraded restrooms, and a state-of-the-art kitchen renovation.

One of the standout features of this project lies in its ability to offer diverse ambiance within the same space. JRS skillfully curated each area to cater to both discerning business clientele and the general public. Another key attribute was the creation of an upper-level lounge, providing a refined space for corporate patrons, offering an ideal setting for both business discussions and relaxation. The main dining area exudes a spacious ambiance of simple elegance, ensuring a memorable dining experience whether at lunch or dinner. The secondary dining area provides a comfortable, home-like retreat. From selecting the finest finishes to strategic design decisions, every detail was thoughtfully crafted to provide our client with a durable yet economic solution to last given the fast pace and high traffic within the hospitality industry.
