Located in a downtown and near various transit hubs, JRS worked with the developer to create elevations and layouts for 40,000 sq. ft. of mixed use on the first floor with over 100 residential units comprising of studio and one, two and three bedroom apartments on the upper floors. JRS conducted all the necessary zoning reviews as part of the planning process.
