As-built drawings to locate services, utilities, loading docks, emergency exits, rack and bulk storages were completed for the entire building. A code review was then conducted followed by identification of required upgrades which included new emergency egress doors, lighting, exit signs and floor stripping. Racks and bulk storage were also redesigned to conform to the new design code.
