Garden City Community Park Clubhouse

JRS was asked to design a new Clubhouse to serve as an anchor to the park and its adjacent tennis courts and sports fields. The Clubhouse is a single level split floor facility with public and private areas. The building’s exterior characteristics place it in context with surrounding historic residences. Vaulted ceilings and a gas-lit fireplace are a few of the features that make this a warm inviting year-round destination.
