JRS collaborated with Advantage Behavioral Health, a network of Behavioral Health and Management Services across the United States, to convert a 7,500 sq ft. pre-existing space into two distinct counseling service hubs pioneering the arrival of Harmony Bay and Victory Bay to the Princeton Area. The primary objective was to craft a vision that seamlessly unified both locations, yet retained their individuality and privacy. Harmony Bay is an outpatient behavioral health service that offers primary mental health treatment for a variety of mental health disorders while Victory Bay offers services for mental health, substance abuse and eating disorders.
JRS’ plan encompassed the creation of clinical offices, meticulously designed to foster intimate one-on-one interactions between patients and providers. Additionally, JRS curated expansive group rooms and treatment spaces along with introducing welcoming coffee and water amenity bars in each of the waiting areas.
A component of the design objective, was creating a space for specialized, cutting-edge treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive therapy that utilizes magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to combat depression effectively. Additionally, a unique Ketamine lounge was created, offering yet another alternative for individuals battling depression.
Intricately woven into the JRS plan was the integration of Advantage Health’s brand standards. Each space meticulously designed to imbue a soothing and inviting ambiance which also nurtures a tranquil and welcoming environment for those seeking solace and support.
