OVERVIEW

JRS Architect, P.C. is a full-service architectural firm that also provides interior design, programming, construction administration and preservation services. With our steadfast design reputation developed since 1986, our work spans from offices, banks, retail stores, schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, hotels, industrial/warehouses and multifamily along with historic preservation services. Markets typically focus on the greater New York City metropolitan area for start-ups to Fortune 100 firms. Our staff of professionals pride themselves on client satisfaction, a commitment that is underscored by the firm’s ongoing referral business.

REGIONAL PRESENCE WITH NATIONAL REACH

With our primary focus on the New York Metro area, JRS also has architects licensed in the states of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and Florida. Our President and Founder, John R. Sorrenti, FAIA, FRAIC, has deep national and international connections built over decades of professional leadership in local to international organizations. Any expertise or other geographical links needed are just a phone call away.

Not only will you have a Principal assigned to your project, but also a highly experienced project architect. These individuals have an average cross discipline tenure of 25 years with the full JRS team having 15 years thereby providing significant design and architectural experience to deliver your solution. This is the project team, including the leadership, from the walkthrough to the punch list providing you with continuity and deep project understanding.

When it comes to selecting the most appropriate finishes whether driven by sustainability, durability, branding, and/or budget parameters, JRS draws upon its unique and extensive in-house samples library. This allows you to review actual samples and consider alternatives in a very expeditious manner.
