Tasked by Cona to transform their current space, JRS’ design solution involved infusing their offices with a modernized yet transitional design that exudes warmth throughout the space while fostering an environment that resonates with individuals of all generations.
Upon entering the office lobby, clients and employees are greeted with an open reception area including a coffee nook and awards display area. The unique design elements incorporated in the renovation seamlessly blended contemporary aesthetics with timeless appeal. Additional offices and rooms were strategically integrated, respecting the existing furniture with subtle modifications.
An innovative approach involved harmonizing the client’s brand identity by infusing logo colors throughout the office space. This was achieved by introducing vibrant hues in seating arrangements and incorporating art, all the while preserving the essence of the older workstation fabrics and finishes.
The challenge of working within a strict budget was met by leveraging the existing layout, minimizing both construction costs and the project schedule. This approach enabled the client to continue operations with minimal disruption, fostering a seamless transition between the traditional and the modern, and allowing for a smooth integration of remote work when necessary.
